Position Summary

Good Neighbors Mozambique is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage financial records and transactions using QuickBooks, prepare financial reports, support budgeting processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial documents (income, expenses, and bank transfers);
• Manage petty cash operations;
• Record and monitor transactions in QuickBooks;
• Prepare financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements);
• Support budgeting processes and provide financial insights to the team;
• Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations;
• Perform any additional accounting tasks as assigned by the employer.

Required Qualifications

Languages

• Portuguese and English (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
