Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient fuel deliveries to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee order processing, dispatch schedules, and tracking of all fuel deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier agreements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues within the supply chain to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and key operational metrics.
