Vaga: Billing & Subscription Agent

The Billing and Subscriptions Agent will be responsible for ensuringtimely collections, accurate billing, and maintaining high standards ofcustomer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong communicationskills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Funções ou responsabilidades:

  • • Send collection notices to clients and brokers.
  • Allocate received premiums to appropriate accounts.
  • Prepare and provide weekly reports on collections made.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) above 75%.
  • Ensure accuracy of debit and credit transactions in the debtors’ report.
  • Maintain an updated monthly list of all cancelled policies in Excel.
  • Inform clients proactively about policy cancellations.
  • Ensure correct billing according to policy terms.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to billing and subscriptions.
  • Support the Finance team in reconciliation and audit processes.
  • Execute tasks following standard procedures and within established timelines.
  • Ensure all data is recorded and maintained accurately in the relevant systems.
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Provide weekly feedback to management.
  • Share relevant updates or system changes with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams. B) Financial responsibilities
  • Monitor and validate premium receipts and billing transactions.
  • Reconcile accounts and address any inconsistencies.
  • Utilize accounting systems (Primavera and Sage Pastel) for financial operations.  Assist in compiling utilization and debt reports.

Requisitos ou qualificações:

  •  Experience & Qualification: o Accounting degree minimum qualification o Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese a requirement
  • Skills & Attributes: o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. o Strong numerical skills o Working at a fast pace with high accuracy o Be a person that likes to perform and excel in what they do o The ability to persuade and influence o Ability to work in a team and under pressure o Ability to make decisions within pre-established constraints o Strong communication skills
  • Technical Knowledge: o Ability to prepare reports in Excel is essential. o Customer service experience is advantageous, but it is required in this role. o Solid knowledge of MS Office (Office Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required. o Accounting system (Primavera and Sage Pastel, Sage300) is advantageous.
