Eligibility Criteria and Responsibilities
This role is part of the Employee Relations team within HR and includes the following key responsibilities:
- Advise on cases of absconders, breach of any policy, legal framework, terms of employment, and contracts
- Handle and manage employee-related matters and HR queries regarding legal aspects, litigation, external authority notices, and statutory authority appearances
- Draft Show Cause notices, disciplinary notes, investigation reports, and termination letters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and settle legal and transactional documents and agreements
- Prepare contracts and agreements
- Draft board meeting papers, policies, and procedures
- Provide legal solutions and support for business requirements
- Advise on all legal and compliance matters concerning the company
- Handle all types of audits (regulatory, statutory, internal, offshore, etc.)
