Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate internal regulation policies and procedures
- Effectively manage and conduct disciplinary processes when necessary
- Follow up on employee complaints according to standard procedures
- Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory labour legislation
- Manage expatriate requirements and provide timely updates
- Handle time management for presence, absences, and licenses of the contractor
- Ensure accurate monthly vacation tracking and reporting
- Perform accurate reporting and due diligence
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Resolve conflicts and address problems as they arise
- Demonstrate strong time management and professional perspective
