Verdant Orchards – VCM is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our 440Ha citrus operation in Massingir, Mozambique.
This role will oversee citrus production from orchard establishment through to harvest, driving performance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a proven citrus professional with strong leadership skills, experience managing large-scale operations, and the ability to lead teams in an African farming environment.
