To coordinate the receipt, dispatch and inspection of goods in the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing to support smooth logistics operations.

Responsabilidades
  • Operational Effectiveness:
  • Verify and record received shipment quantities to ensure accuracy against the loading order, critical for inventory accuracy
  • Efficiently offload and organize received materials and goods to facilitate streamlined storage and accessibility
  • Inspect and verify the quality of received materials and goods to maintain inventory integrity and meet quality standards
  • Accurately label and tag materials and goods for easy identification and traceability within the warehouse
  • Properly stack and store materials and goods to maximize warehouse space and maintain organization
  • Accurately record the receipt of materials and goods into the inventory system to ensure proper stock levels and availability
  • Coordinate the return of materials and goods to vendors or suppliers to manage inventory levels and address discrepancies
  • Execute bin-to-bin transfers to optimize storage locations and ensure efficient inventory management
  • Maintain the inbound transfer orders (TO) or material transfer orders (MTO) to ensure correct allocation and inventory tracking
  • Verify and approve materials requisitions to ensure accurate and authorized requests are processed, critical for inventory control and fulfillment
  • Create picking lists for outbound materials to ensure precise and efficient order fulfillment
  • Assign pickers and allocate SKUs to streamline the picking process and ensure correct inventory management
  • Retrieve materials from specified bin locations to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct quality checks on outbound materials to ensure they meet required standards and customer expectations
  • Load outbound materials efficiently and accurately to facilitate timely deliveries and maintain order accuracy
  • Monitor and maintain open materials requisitions to ensure timely fulfillment and address any outstanding requests.
  • Sustainable Growth:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the Warehouse environment
  • Good governance, Risk & Compliance:
  • Adhere to the EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability) policies and procedures within the Warehouse environments
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries
  • Execute three-way verification of Proof of Delivery (POD) to ensure documentation, shipment, and purchase order alignment, crucial for accurate inventory records
  • Document and process the issuance of goods to maintain accurate inventory records and track material movement.
