Servtec SBM is supporting a major international Oil & Gas environment and is looking for a skilled and proactive Flight Dispatcher to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective planning, dispatch and monitoring of flights in compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.

THIS IS A SAFETY-CRITICAL ROLE – NOT A PILOT POSITION.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and excellent decision-making ability.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Flight Dispatcher Certification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software used in flight planning and operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and release flight plans in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Obtain, analyse and interpret weather and NOTAM information
  • Monitor flights in real time and provide updates to crew
  • Calculate fuel requirements, load sheets and flight performance data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with pilots, operations, maintenance and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch activities
