Location: Beira, Mozambique
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial strategy and operations in a dynamic distribution and logistics environment. You will manage cash flow, working capital, and inventory valuation, providing actionable insights to support commercial and procurement teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading cash conversion cycle management and working capital optimization
• Overseeing inventory control and landed cost calculations to ensure profitability
• Preparing and analyzing monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing insights beyond the numbers
• Partnering with sales and procurement to support pricing, supplier contracts, and commercial decision-making
• Maintaining and optimizing ERP systems for real-time financial reporting and margin tracking
Essential Requirements:
• Candidates with experience in South African markets, are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willing to relocate to Beira, Mozambique
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA),
• 5+ years in finance management (Automotive & Heavy Equipment Supplies/Distribution/Logistics preferred)
• ERP and data visualization proficiency
