Job Position:
Mechanical Engineer || Maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities

• DG Set Maintenance: Lead the preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of high-capacity Diesel Generators (DG sets) upto 1500 KVA to ensure 100% emergency power readiness.

• Pump & Auxiliary Systems: Oversee the operation and mechanical health of critical pumps including gland packing, mechanical seal replacement, and alignment.

• Overhauling: Plan and execute major overhauls of DG engines and high-pressure pumps in coordination with OEM service providers.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor vibration levels, temperature, and pressure parameters of pumping systems to ensure optimal efficiency.

• Spares Management: Maintain an inventory of critical spares for DG sets and pumps to ensure rapid response during breakdowns.

Eligibility Criteria

Employee Profile

Qualification:
Science based 12th, followed by Mechanical Engineering Degree

Experience:
5+ Years in DG and Pump Operations

Location:
Chirodzi, Tete
Mozambique

Skill Set:
Deep Knowledge of Industrial Pumps and DG Operations
Knowledge of SAP & MS Office etc.
