We are looking for a Piling Supervisor for a client based in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique 🇲🇿.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily piling operations on site, ensuring works are executed according to project specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate piling crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of piling activities.Review piling records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with site engineers, construction managers, and client representatives.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during piling activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Piling Supervisor in construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of piling methods, equipment, and foundation works.
• Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of HSE standards in construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and method statements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in large-scale projects (oil & gas, LNG, or infrastructure) is an advantage.
