Position: Driver Supervisor (2 Vacancies)

Location: Beira, Mozambique
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Google Sheet updates and maintain data accuracy.
- Generate electronic manifests for transport operations.
- Calculate and track the drivers’ monthly mileage allowance.
- Allocate trucks efficiently based on operational needs.
- Monitor loading and unloading processes at designated locations.
- Evaluate team performance and implement improvements.
- Supervise and track overall fleet transportation efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive mindset with a strong learning capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
