New Vacancy: HR AUDITOR AND BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB INFORMATION

  • Work Location: Maputo
  • Industry: Corporate Services
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the same field
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese
  • Salary: Industry standard + bonus

Eligibility Criteria

  • Professionals experienced in HR audits, HR compliance, workforce documentation, and
  • HR process analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, mapping the requirements and sup- porting the successful implementation delivery of these outcomes.
  • Conduct HR audits and compliance verification.
  • Review payroll, employee files, and labour compliance.
  • Maintain HR documentation and audit checkpoints.
  • Generate HR MIS and analytical reports.Ability to analyze large datasets, conduct root cause analysis, and provide data-drive
  • HRMS/ ERP / CRM systems
  • Excel (Advanced reporting)
  • MIS reporting
