About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks to ensure plant and operational stability. Your focus will be on failure elimination, risk management, and life cycle asset management.
You will report to the Engineering Reliability Superintendent and execute all activities associated with the Reliability Engineer role.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring that all team members operate in a safe and accountable manner.
- Analyze reliability problems, collecting and processing data to propose improvements.
- Investigate root causes of failures, considering cost implications and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and manage Asset Risk Profiles, including periodic Asset Criticality assessments.
- Implement Lifecycle Costing Models to guide repair/replace decisions.
- Conduct Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) analyses.
About You
You will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Asset Management and Reliability Engineering, demonstrating expertise in:
- ISO 55000 Series Standards for Asset Management.
- Asset Management principles, particularly in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Performing root cause analysis and risk assessments for operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in a similar Reliability role.
