We are looking for a Senior HR and Organizational Systems Professional
We are looking for a senior HR and Organizational Systems professional who combines structural discipline with creative intelligence. This role requires someone capable of implementing ISO 9001 quality management systems, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and building governance frameworks, while also fostering innovation, adaptability, and cultural alignment in a dynamic and multicultural organization.
The objective is not only to introduce structure, but to design systems that enable creativity, speed, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Organizational Systems and Quality Management Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 9001. Design, document, and refine SOPs across departments. Map and optimize critical processes. Establish document control and quality assurance mechanisms. Prepare the organization for internal and external audits and develop performance dashboards aligned with strategic priorities.
- Human Resources and Organizational Development Structure HR policies aligned with growth. Design performance management frameworks balancing accountability with creativity. Develop onboarding systems that embed culture and standards. Support leadership in defining KPIs and measurable metrics.
- Drive change management initiatives and promote environments that encourage creative problem solving within structured systems.
- Creative Systems Design and Cultural Development Design workflows that protect creative time while ensuring operational rigor. Introduce innovation practices such as idea labs and process reviews. Facilitate collaboration between operational and creative teams and promote continuous improvement
- without bureaucratic overload.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, or Quality Management.
- Proven experience implementing ISO 9001 or similar frameworks and developing SOPs. Experience in dynamic, multicultural environments. Fluency in English and Portuguese. Strong analytical thinking, systems perspective, and practical execution.
