Activities
- Supervise and coordinate all financial operations of the organization.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage treasury and cash flows, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
- Implement financial policies and monitor risks.
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related areas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, mandatory in the banking/microfinance sector.
- Strong understanding of financial standards, reconciliations, treasury and reporting.
- Certifications such as ACCA are valued.
