We’re Hiring: Protection Coordinator

Oxfam in Mozambique is looking for an experienced Protection Coordinator to support and lead high-quality humanitarian protection programming in Gaza Province.

This 6-month contract role will provide technical leadership in flood response and anticipatory action, ensuring protection including GBV risk mitigation and community-based protection is fully integrated across humanitarian interventions.

What we’re looking for:

  • – 7-10 years’ experience in humanitarian protection programming;
  • Strong expertise in community-based protection and coordination mechanisms;
  • Experience in complex emergency contexts;
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and partnership skills;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential;
  • Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.

Location: Gaza Province, Mozambique
