One of our clients is urgently recruiting a Call Center Team Manager based in Nampula.

If you have experience leading call center teams, monitoring performance in real time, and driving operational excellence, this opportunity is for you.

Some requirements:

  • 2–3 years of Call Center / Quality Assessor experience
  • Strong team leadership and performance management skills
  • Fluent in English
