We are recruiting!

Our client in Beira is looking for a Deputy Group Financial Controller to join their team for a job vacancy within the Transport & Logistics Sector.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile Operational and Financial Systems results through various reconciliation methods.
• Manage cash control on a daily basis through review of the operational reporting as well as cash spot checks.
• Responsible for foreign exchange control/negotiation.
• Ensure key daily and weekly reporting such as cash flow projection, age analysis, bank reconciliation are done on a timely basis.
• Complete month end financial reporting, including management accounts.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce Finance or equivalent.
• Professional qualification e.g ACCA/ CA.
• At least 5- 8 years in Accounting / Finance at Management level.
• Knowledge of IFRS  and IAS is desirable.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
