Mozal, SA is a benchmark mega-project in developing countries, located in Maputo Province. The company produces high-quality primary aluminium for both domestic and export markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Purpose: Provide effective operational and administrative support for Technical Training and Learning & Development across Mozal. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on HRD activities and events. The role also contributes to the development of effective programs and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the L&D Lead and L&D Specialist to prepare, schedule, and deliver training programs.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal teams to ensure compliant execution of Training Administration activities.
- Manage Training Administration processes, including hosting, venue setup, data capture, filing, tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Provide technical support for the eLearning System and assist users.
- Coordinate Induction processes, including attendance, presentation standards, and data reporting.
- Support and execute FRC/Process/Technical needs analysis.
- Monitor and report on Skills Matrix activities and maintain position training profiles.
- Source training providers to meet technical training needs.
- Develop and coordinate bi-annual training calendars.
- Initiate the payment process within assigned responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU
🔹 Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in training or exposure to maintenance disciplines is an advantage.
🔹 Qualifications:
- Relevant Technical Qualification / Diploma required.
