ABOUT MOZAL

Mozal, SA is a benchmark mega-project in developing countries, located in Maputo Province. The company produces high-quality primary aluminium for both domestic and export markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Purpose: Provide effective operational and administrative support for Technical Training and Learning & Development across Mozal. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on HRD activities and events. The role also contributes to the development of effective programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the L&D Lead and L&D Specialist to prepare, schedule, and deliver training programs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal teams to ensure compliant execution of Training Administration activities.
  • Manage Training Administration processes, including hosting, venue setup, data capture, filing, tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Provide technical support for the eLearning System and assist users.
  • Coordinate Induction processes, including attendance, presentation standards, and data reporting.
  • Support and execute FRC/Process/Technical needs analysis.
  • Monitor and report on Skills Matrix activities and maintain position training profiles.
  • Source training providers to meet technical training needs.
  • Develop and coordinate bi-annual training calendars.
  • Initiate the payment process within assigned responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU

🔹 Experience & Skills:

  • Prior experience in training or exposure to maintenance disciplines is an advantage.

🔹 Qualifications:

  • Relevant Technical Qualification / Diploma required.
