Job Title: Country Director – ChildFund Mozambique

About the Role:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for children’s rights and community development? Do you have the vision and expertise to drive impactful programs that improve the lives of children, families, and communities in Mozambique?

ChildFund Mozambique is seeking a Country Director to lead our mission, strengthen partnerships, and champion sustainable solutions for children’s well-being. As part of a global organization, this role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact, working alongside dedicated teams, local partners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the implementation of ChildFund Mozambique’s programs and initiatives.
Strengthen partnerships with local and international stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission.
Advocate for sustainable solutions that improve the well-being of children and communities.
Provide strategic leadership to ensure the effective delivery of impactful programs.
Represent ChildFund Mozambique in national and international forums, promoting the organization’s goals and values.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the development or humanitarian sector.
Strong passion for children’s rights and community development.
Visionary mindset with the ability to drive impactful and sustainable programs.
Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
Experience working with diverse teams, local partners, and key stakeholders.
Knowledge of Mozambique’s development context is highly desirable.
