The Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online engagement. The role requires strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to manage digital platforms, campaigns, content, and paid media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance digital presence.

Social Media & Content Management

  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of content across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity online.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance.

SEO & Website Management

  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
  • Work with developers and designers to ensure website functionality, speed, and user experience.
  • Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
  • Prepare reports on ad spend, conversions, and campaign performance.

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
  • Segment audiences for targeted messaging.
  • Analyze results to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use data insights to propose improvements and guide strategic decisions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
  • Work with sales, communications, and product teams to align all digital efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing platforms, etc.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and digital advertising.
  • SEO and SEM proficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Graphic design or basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
