- Deliver best practice HR Services to optimize business performance and improve productivity;
- Oversee Origin HR functional excellence by being the custodian of optimized HR processes, updated policies, best practice standards and integrated systems usage / compliance;
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate governance minimum standards;
- Custodian of accurate HR master data;
- Provide accurate reports and analytics for effective decision making.
Responsabilidades
- Co-create the origin specific HR Services plan to build HR functional excellence
- Develop and align policies taking Regional and local legislation requirements into consideration
- Develop and implement ways to ensure legislative and governance compliance (HR audits)
- Oversee the HR administration function and ensure accurate employee master data and management of information
- Provide coaching on how to use HR Systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coach and oversee line manager competence development of people processes
- Ensure the availability and accessibility of relevant and accurate HR master data (incl. employee-related data, biometrics, leave, remuneration and reward, and organizational structure data)
- Deliver meaningful and consolidated HR reports with insights and recommendations to improve productivity and reduce wasteful cost
- Lead initiatives, in conjunction with Regional HR to drive operational HR administration excellence
- Effectively utilize and drive the use of automated systems and technology where available
- Support the adoption of HR best practice processes and templates
- Oversee the co-ordination of employees’ events e.g. long service awards, off-season function
- Provide input to wage and salary negotiations and provide meaningful, decision-making information on remuneration.
Qualificações
- 5-7 years relevant experience, Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level
