Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
15 years of relevant experience
Previous experience as PEM or managing a full scope project
Excellent understanding of on-offshore projects, including relevant equipment, operations and service
Drive innovation by implementing strategies that support Energy Transition goals and foster collaboration with new clients and emerging technologies
Technical skills:
Planning and control
Data analysis
Resource Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
Ability to work with rigor, autonomy, and adaptability
