Hiring: Finance Manager / Head of Finance Insurance Industry

We’re seeking an experienced finance leader with strong expertise in the insurance industry, tax management, regulatory compliance, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting, budgeting & reporting;
- Ensure tax & regulatory compliance;
- Manage insurance finance operations (premiums, claims, reinsurance);
- Lead audits & strengthen financial controls;
- Provide strategic financial insights;
- Manage & mentor the finance team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in insurance finance
- Strong tax & regulatory knowledge
- IFRS expertise
- Leadership & analytical skills
- English fluency (Portuguese a plus)
