Heading is recruiting for its client, an oil and gas company, an Reporting Analyst (M/F) to be based in Cabo Delgado.
Main Responsibilities:
– Contribute to capturing bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and lessons learned related to the SED Strategy- Elaborate, with the involvement of key internal and external stakeholders, the Annual Reporting Plan
– Deploy the annual reporting plan into a 52-week plan, provide training to the executors, control its implementation, report, and correct deviations
– Write and deliver on time, weekly, monthly, and annual reports about the Social Economic Development Framework to stakeholders (internal, external, and lenders)
– Organize and implement monitoring forums routines for Social Economic Development Framework
– Prepare ad-hoc presentation related to the Socio-Economic Development Framework
– Contribute to drafting the monthly socio-political risk assessment and ensure community participation
– Ensuring alignment and coordination of actions between cross-functional teams (i.e., SED functions and other Departments)
– Implement the PMO of ESAP, Lenders Auditor visits (desktop reviews and site visits)
– Identify gaps in implementation activities and programs across sectors and provide synergetic solutions
– Keep the institutional memory for reporting process stored and updated
– Implement process standardization and monitoring over all the functions within the stakeholder engagement pla
-Develop scope of work for consulting, and technical services related to stakeholders’ engagement plans.
Manage contracts within her/his scope of work as per the company guidelines.
– Review IP (Implementing Partners) reports and provide guidance to achieve the objectives established in the SOW (Scope of Work).
– Implement continuous improvement based on Lean methodology in SED Department and cross-cutting functions.
– Keep the institutional memory stored and updated.
Accountabilities:
– PMO of SED Annual Work plan
– Manage the Annual Reporting Plan
– Manage Environmental Social Action Plan to ensure the attendance to Lenders’ requirements (IFC Performance Standard and other relevant)
– To promote learning and continuous improvement in the reporting process.
Requirements:
+ 6 years of experience in social-economic framework managemenComprehensive understanding of IFC Performance Standards, Mozambican Social and Environmental obligation for the extractive sector
– Understanding of Social License to Operate and Shared Value concepts in the Extractive Industry
– Experience in reporting to different level stakeholders at different levels and approaches
– Experience in the analytics and use of data to enhance, plan, and facilitate improved Socioeconomic development.
– PMO skills are required
-Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal is required
– Ability to engage, coordinate and lead cross-cutting teams.
– Ability to use data and database software effectively and creatively to meet specific goals.

– Working without a constant supervision
– Acquire basic HSE awareness by knowing the One-MAESTRO framework, the TEPMA1 HSE & biodiversity policies, and the 12 Golden Rules
– Comply with mandatory HSE training (HSE Induction and the e-learnings One MAESTRO for All, Safety Culture & Golden Rules)
– Prepare and present safety moments whenever required (at the beginning of meetings)
– Use of the Stop Card whenever required to prevent any accident or incident
– Carry out safety visits in the place of work
– Contribute Specific action during JMS Word Safety Day.
